Product Description :

Micro concrete is a ready to use product in grey powder form, which requires only in on-site addition of water to produce a high strength, non-shrink micro concrete of predictable performance.

Area of Application : Micro Concrete is designed for repair of spalled or damaged concrete. precast floors and roads. Also as a render where durability or increased whether resistance is required.

Mixing & Placing :

Care should be taken to ensure that Micro Concrete is thoroughly mixed in suitably sized vessel with a torque(400-500 RPM) rotary drill fitted with a mixing paddle.

The addition of graded aggregate where specified should be added after the water and Micro Concrete should be properly mixed.

Placing :

The mixed material should be placed immediately.

If placed by pump, standard concrete pumping should be fallowed.

Curing :

Curing should start with in 24 hours.

Minimum curing time should be same as that for concrete(7 days) as a cementitous material.

Low Temperature : In cold conditions down to 150C, the use of warm water(up to 300C) is advisable to accelerate strength development.

Packing : Micro Concrete is supplied in 25 Kg bag.

Shelf Life & Storage :

It has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture when kept at a temperature between 50C to 450C and store in the original, unopened bags.

Micro Concrete is flammable and non toxic. Using micro concrete near flame or smoking during use should be avoided.
