Return / Replacement / Refund Policy

All products sold on are brand new and 100% genuine. xshopi Returns policy covers the buyer against ‘damaged’, ‘mis-shipped’, ‘defective’ and ‘not as described’ products.

You have  7 days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Item shouldn’t be opened from the original package unless it is a manufacturing defect.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your account from where the account is paid.We will refund the amount paid from payment gateway within 7 working days to the original method of payment. If the method of Payment is Cash on Delivery, the amount will be credited to your xshopi account as xshopi store credit. This amount can be used for any further purchases on the website. 

Buyer Not Reachable

If buyer does not respond after 3 attempts by our logistics provider to deliver the package, customer support will create return back to us and , the order would be considered cancelled. If buyers still want to purchase the item, he/she should place a new order. After receiving the trigger from Customer Support, the logistics partner will return the package to us.

If logistics returns the package as an undeliverable package, a full refund will be automatically issued to the buyer.

Buyers can raise a request for return, replacement/exchange or refund within the return guarantee period post order delivery which is as follows:-

Returns : 7 days.

Replacements : 7 days.

Refunds: 7 working days.
