Uses :

It is used in all structures that are required to be waterproof and protected ingress of moisture, like basements, water tanks, swimming pools, retaining walls, bridge wall, tunnels, lift shafts, industrial floors, dams, fountains, roofs, terraces and balconies.

Mixing :

it should mixed with neat cement in the ratio of 1:2 to obtain uniform and consistent slurry avoiding any lump formation.

Application :

The prepared surface must thoroughly whetted with water for absorption and excess water to removed. apply the first coat of PRIMECRETE with the help of brush in a single direction and allowed to air dry for 5-6 hours. after application of second coat in perpendicular direction of first coat, air dry for 5-6 hours. primecrete should allowed to dry for three days before water logging. two coat application of membrane is required in approximate thickness of 1 mm.

Coverage :

(1 liter primecrete + 2 kg Cement) will cover 18 to 20 square feet at 1 mm thickness in two coats. Coverage varies depend on the surface and application thickness.

Packing :

Available in 20, 50, 200 liter packs.

Shelf Life & Storage :

Shelf life is one year from the date of manufacturing. Store the material in cool and dry place. keep away from direct sunlight and heat.

Health & safety :

It is not hazardous. it should not swallowed or allowed to come into contact with the skin the eyes. protective gloves, face masks and goggles should be worn and Contact with skin for long tenure should avoided. in case of contact with the eyes and It should rinsed immediately with plenty of water, medical advice sought immediately.
