Prepaid orders placed before 12PM will be processed the same day and orders placed after 12PM will be processed the next working day. The mode of shipping is by Air mode of Surface mode depending on the location to be served.

You can cancel the order before it is dispatched by calling our customer care. You can check the status in order tracking page once the order is shipped you can return the product if needed but the courier charges may be imposed if the reason would be in favor of the customer. You can change the order only when the previous orders is cancelled.
